Refund Policy
Our Policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Please not that:
- Refunds will not be given until the item(s) have be received and inspected by The Wanderer’s Way
- Return shipping cost is the customers responsibility and will not be included in the refund
- Returns that are NOT in its original condition with not be refunded
- Shipping costs are not included in the refund
To be eligible for a return the item purchased from The Wanderer’s Way must be unused and in the same condition as you received it (this includes its packaging)
NON- returnable items
- Gift Cards- gift cards will not be refunded to cash.
Damaged or faulty item(s)
- Refunds will not be given until the item(s) have be received and inspected by The Wanderer’s Way
- Return shipping cost with be paid by the customer, then after item(s) have been received and inspected by us, return shipping cost will be included in refund
- The Wanderer’s Way reserves the right to refuse refunding a customer
